The end of the year is always a good time for reflection… and maybe time travel, to make a few necessary adjustments. Here’s the topic for Story Contest #9:

Your character has just been transported back to January 1, 2012, and given a potion that will let them change the outcome of one event that happened this year. Do they use it for a final exam? A crush they have? The last day of summer vacation? Let’s hear the story!

Extra credit for using the phrase: “… quickly checked Quibblo’s profile page, then headed out the door.”

Give it an interesting title (don’t include “Quibblo’s Contest,” “QC,” or similar), and remember to:

• Check spelling and grammar
• Hit “Enter” twice after every paragraph, for readability
• Tag it with SC9 and make sure it’s finished
• Share it with all your friends, both on and off Quibblo
