Every now and then, a Quibblo member writes a piece on a serious mental health issue, such as an eating disorder, cutting, or suicide. It makes some sense because many members have a network of friends on Quibblo who can reach out and provide sympathy. However, there are resources that are far more equipped than Quibblo to deal with such weighty topics, and we encourage all of you to take note of them.

Please refer to these resources yourself if you’re in need, or pass them on to a friend. Depending on the severity of the issue, please consider seeking the help of a doctor, therapist, or other mental health professional. Here’s to keeping all Quibblonians healthy and safe!

Wonderful Quibblonians,

We are aware of the current issue of pages refreshing to “Page Not Found” and are working on fixing it now. Anytime a website/business/person goes through a transition to new caretakers, it’s a bit bumpy at first. Please be patient and quell your frustration with the knowledge that we have a TON of awesome features planned for you in the near future. These little hiccups will pass very soon, then you’ll start seeing cool new things appear on Quibblo. Until then, please, bear with us and try not to sling hate. Thanks to your help, we’ve tracked down and fixed another couple bugs on Quibblo.

• Some people reported that links in Quiz Invitations were broken, and they weren’t taking you to the quiz.  Links should be working now.
• Some people reported that when they opened up a Saved Draft of a personality quiz, they couldn’t see all the personality types.  Now those personality types should all be there when you open a saved draft.

Thanks for your help finding these bugs.  If you ever find something’s not working right on Quibblo, send a message to Quibblo, or send an email to Contact Us.  Remember, it helps if you can tell us what kind of internet browser you’re using and what exactly you were trying to do when the problem happened.

For the past week, since we updated the page where you send quiz invitations from, there has been a problem with Quiz Invitations getting delivered.  If you sent quiz invitations during the past week, they got sort of “stuck” or “backed up”.  We have fixed the problem, and all the old quiz invitations from the past week are being delivered right now.  Any new quiz invitations you send should be delivered correctly.  Sorry for any trouble this caused.  Please let us know if you’re still having any problems.

Every now and again, spammers seem to sneak onto Quibblo, pretend to be cute girls or rich friends, and send messages to you guys asking for you to contact them at some strange looking email address. Usually it’s because they want to “get to know you better” or have “something really important to tell you”, but don’t believe it, it’s a trick!

So what should you do if you get a message like this? The best way to notify us, is to click over to that users profile, scroll ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM of the page, and then click the “Flag this Profile as Offensive” link. This reports the profile to our moderators and we can check it out and delete the user.

Hey Everyone,

We are aware that there is an issue right now with some Quibblo messages, and we are working to fix it. The specific issue seems to involve some users getting an error when trying to view certain messages in their in-boxes. Our developers are fixing this up right now, and this issue should be all better by tomorrow afternoon.
